To always make available hygienic feeding services for the patients and staff in the hospital, to create serene accommodation environment for the hospital Management Guest.

1. To complement the efforts of hospital medical personnel in the healing process of the patients, through provision of sumptuous and hygienic meals.
2. To promote the Catering Services in Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex to international standard.
3. To ensure well being of members of staff and hospital clients during their stays in the hospital, by satisfying their feeding needs.
4. To always ensure serene and hygienic environment for the hospital Management Guest during their lodging in the hospital Guest House.

This is the primary function of the department by providing nutrition and balance diet meals for patients both Ife Hospital and Wesley Guild Ilesa Units. This makes our patients to feel at home away from home while receiving standard medical treatment in the hospital.

1. CANTEEN
   A standard Canteen is available to serve staff and patient relatives delicious meals according to their needs and demands at both Ife Hospital and Wesley Guild Ilesa Units.
2. CAFETERIA
   This is internal hospitality section where Breakfast, Snacks, Lunch, Dinner are being provided and staff meetings also we make Dinner for Doctors, Nurses, Laboratory and Pharmacist who were on call at both Ife and Wesley guild Hospital Units.
3. GUEST HOUSE
   At this section, there is availability of standard rooms to accommodate Management Guest with the best hospitality services.
4. COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES
   Services are also available for the provision of Snacks for workshops, Seminars, Luncheon, cocktail parties and Dinner parties at affordable prices.
5. EDUCATION PRACTICAL TRAINING SERVICE
   We also render practical training services to Youth Copper, during their service year and the Technical Students who were on industrial attachment programme.
